Personally, I like the way it feels. It gives as you walk across it. Not as much as carpet though, so if you are looking for something to dig your toes into, cork is not it. A quote from Cork Flooring says
Without exception it's a superb choice with very few flooring rivals that can beat its level of under foot comfort, nor its natural sound suppression and thermal insulation properties!
It is also the best choice as it resists mold and mildew better than wood flooring.
