Since I wasn't around when my sister got married... and she didn't tell me any of those kind of stories... I'll have to tell you about our mom. When she was baking a chicken for the very first time, she thought it was finished after it had gotten a golden brown color. Needless to say, it was pretty bloody when you cut into it. Which explained why Dad really didn't want us learning how to cook while at home. GRIN.
