Okay, I'll admit it. Peanut butter is not on my list of top 10 favorite foods, probably not even on my top 100. But I eat it just about every day. Almonds, peanuts and cinnamon are your best friend if you happen to be diabetic (I found out last year I was). And that includes boiled peanuts (yum) and peanut butter (easy). So even though it is not a favorite, I will continue to have a spoonful of peanut butter on my bread for years to come.
