I hate letting go of anything

but I believe the relatively new non-stick ceramic pans I bought may be in line for tossing. Long story, but abbreviated version is, that while I followed all the directions that came with them, food sticks. Like super glue. I had to through out a whole batch of pancakes. Not a happy camper here.
