the habit of regular exercise. I think it would help if I had an exercise buddy, say Pan (like that is going to happen). But in the end it all comes down to me.
On another note, the grands have left. It seems a little harder this time because Indy now realizes what is happening and spent last evening upset and on the verge of tears because he didn't want to leave.
